BIM Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will take on a leadership role in overseeing multiple Architecture, MEP and Firefighting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of BIM projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies. Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships. Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services. Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities and showcase the company's advanced BIM capabilities.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight: Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable. Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines. Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies and incorporate them into project workflows.
