Job Summary

We seek a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) specialist to create and manage detailed models for public health projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and mechanical engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, and fire protection services.
