Public Health BIM Modeler

As a driven Public Health BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects.

  • BIM Development
    • Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination
    • Evaluate and resolve potential conflicts between different components before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance
    • Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Service Knowledge
    • Maintain a decent understanding of Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Basic Design Knowledge
    • Possess knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services.

You should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering. Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks is also essential. Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.
