We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities in 3D modeling using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating electrical models across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D electrical models utilizing Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Create detailed electrical layouts, schematics, conduit/tray routing, panel schedules, and lighting systems.
  • Prepare electrical circuit layouts, schematics, and construction drawings with precision.
  • Ensure clash detection and resolution by collaborating with MEP teams.
  • Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings based on design models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to execute BIM strategies and ensure coordination.
  • Foster alignment with project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM electrical modeling for MEP projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, Dynamo, Di-Roots.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and cable routing.
  • Experience with clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
