BIM Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in precast construction projects. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing design, planning, and execution workflows.

This position supports strategic business objectives by leveraging advanced modeling tools like Tekla to optimize project workflows, improve accuracy, and ensure seamless collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage BIM models for precast construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution.
  • Utilize Tekla software to create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation.
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making related to BIM adoption and technology investments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs to meet project milestones and client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
