We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to manage and coordinate BIM processes for construction projects. This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates able to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage BIM coordination for mechanical systems in construction projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration.
  • Utilize Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and apply pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project delivery.
  • Review, model, and troubleshoot MEP systems and provide proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for construction projects.
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems coordination.
  • Ability to model Mechanical room to the fabrication level detail from schematics is required.
  • Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools.
  • Knowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards.
  • Proven ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Site experience is preferred.
