At Puretech Digital, we are seeking a skilled Marketplace Business Lead to oversee our presence across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will develop business strategies, manage platform-specific operations, drive traffic, optimize conversions, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for each marketplace to drive business growth.
  • Manage all listing, campaign, and content management activities to ensure optimal product visibility and achieve maximum visibility.
  • Oversee account health and marketplace compliance, managing seller ratings and feedback.
  • Utilize SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tactics to increase traffic and conversion rates on marketplace platforms.
  • Identify and implement targeted promotional strategies to boost product visibility and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing e-commerce platforms, with strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Quick Commerce.
  • Proficiency in PPC, SEO, and analytics tools; experience with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
