About the Position
The IT Support role involves providing technical assistance to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 0.6 months-2 years of technical support experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions.
- L1 Desktop Support up to end user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Basic knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferable.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Basic Azure knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016.
- Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications.
- Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
- Any certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
- Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
- Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Ticketing tool experience will be plus.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate without any arrears.
- At least 0.6 months of experience in IT Support.
- Must be able to support on holidays.
