We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Shakthi Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers and build relationships to promote our products/services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales is required.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
