Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to drive our sales pipeline and revenue growth in the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads in the Middle East SaaS market through various channels.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact, conduct needs assessments, and engage potential leads to qualify them for sales appointments.
  • Qualification and Evaluation: Assess leads' readiness to purchase and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations, considering availability and capacity.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads who are still waiting to make a purchase.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, providing detailed lead information for successful interactions.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and measure lead generation effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and the Middle East market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience selling SaaS solutions (preferably in the Middle East market).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline and revenue growth in the Middle East market. Your ability to generate qualified leads, set up appointments, and nurture relationships will be essential in acquiring new customers in the dynamic SaaS industry within the region.
