Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Domestic Sales Process team at Bangalore Job Hub. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to promote CRIC products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to promote CRIC products and services.
- Utilize your sales skills to effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales processes and achieve team goals.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: PUC.
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in sales.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work a 6-day week with one rotational day off and a day shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Salary: 20,000 to 22,000 CTC.
