HR Generalist Opportunity

We seek a skilled HR professional to oversee daily operations and drive organizational growth through strategic people management.

  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for various roles.
    • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
    • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and work with department heads for final selections.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment processes.
  • Onboarding & Integration:
    • Create tailored onboarding programs for different functions.
    • Deliver orientation sessions to align new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
    • Facilitate smooth employee integration through buddy programs and performance evaluations.
  • Performance Development:
    • Support the implementation of performance management systems (KRA/KPI based).
    • Assist managers in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews.
    • Monitor underperformance cases and recommend corrective actions or training interventions.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Promote employee satisfaction through regular feedback sessions and surveys.
    • Develop recognition programs for sales achievements, project milestones, and employee loyalty.
    • Foster open communication channels and a positive work environment.
  • Compliance & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
    • Handle payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team for error-free salary disbursement.
    • E nsure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
