Job Title: Strategic HR Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Handle the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
    • Manage the onboarding process and documentation
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Employee Relations & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
    • Handle attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and employee queries
    • Support employee engagement activities and events
  • HR Documentation & Compliance:
    • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment, and relieving documents
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Familiarity with Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
