Job Overview

As a Technology Division Head, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontend and backend developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of code quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end website and web app projects from kickoff to deployment.
    • Translate client requirements into technical scope, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-6 web developers.
    • Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as technical lead and client-facing point of contact for web-related projects.
    • Provide proactive updates, documentation, and post-delivery support.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development (or strong full-stack expertise).
    • Strong understanding of project management, task prioritization, and delivery focus.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of web developers.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
