Job Title: Division Head - Chronic Therapy
">Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced business leader to head our Cardio-Diabetic division. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic business planning, brand strategy, and sales force effectiveness.
- P&L Ownership: You will oversee the financial performance of the division and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive growth and profitability in the Cardio-Diabetic market.
- Brand Strategy and Marketing Excellence: Drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives for existing and new products in the division.
- Sales Force Effectiveness: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and improve sales performance.
- New Product Launch Strategy: Spearhead the launch strategy for new products, including Anti-Obesity products.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards across the division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- P&G experience is mandatory for this role.
- Strong sales and marketing background with good exposure to P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
