Plant Head Auto Division

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our Auto Components Division at Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing production, assembly, fabrication, and maintenance while ensuring adherence to automotive manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end plant operations including production planning, assembly, fabrication, shift management, and maintenance.
- Drive process excellence with expertise in sheet metal, welding, fabrication, TPM, and lean practices (5S, Kaizen).
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, vendor coordination, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide strong leadership in managing a large and expanding team along with cross-department collaboration.
- Deliver plant-level performance with ownership, discipline, and hands-on leadership.
Mandatory Requirements (Read Before Applying):
- Plant Head experience in the Auto Components Industry is a must (minimum 5 years).
- Stable career record: Candidates who have worked steadily in one organisation (long-term association preferred).
- Location preference: The position is based in Navi Mumbai. Candidates from Mumbai or Maharashtra are strongly preferred. Others must be willing to relocate.
