Job Title: Digital Transformation HR Specialist

This role involves the administration and operation of core HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with IT governance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, and HANA. They will be responsible for gathering business requirements, implementing system configuration changes, testing, and rollout.

A key aspect of this role is providing end-user support, training, and coaching team members on techno-functional aspects. The candidate will also perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and operate core HR systems ensuring data integrity and compliance with IT governance
  • Interface with software vendors and internal teams to track and resolve system-related issues
  • Maintain system documentation, execute periodic validations across environments, and manage change control process
  • Support audits related to IT application controls and governance, ensuring disciplined task execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, and HANA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
