Job Overview

A Senior HR Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth through effective human resource management and systems implementation. This highly sought-after professional will lead efforts to analyze, document, and optimize client HR processes, leveraging expertise in organizational design, change management, and technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of HR functions and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR operations, including process re-engineering and system integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project objectives, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in HR management, including workforce planning, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and standards that support the delivery of exceptional HR services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with BMPN, UML, TOGAF, and ArchiMate methodologies.
  • Fluency in Arabic language (an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
