Job Title: AI and Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our organization's efforts in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for driving innovation within government entities.

This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on public services by leveraging automation and AI. As an AI and Digital Transformation Specialist, you will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to translate the promise of AI into improved governance and service delivery.

The direct implementation of software projects will be carried out by respective departments or vendors selected by the Ministry/agencies. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can work closely with stakeholders to implement modern architecture and systems that leverage automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive AI and digital transformation strategies for assigned ministries, working in close partnership with their leadership.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert strategic advice to Ministries and Departments on adopting emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning (ML), blockchain, and others.
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Oversee the development and execution of ministry data strategy and data governance, presenting an integrated view of citizen service delivery.
  • Inter-Agency Collaboration: Foster inter-agency collaborations regarding technology innovation, working closely with the ministry.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Significant years leading enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation initiatives, preferably in government or public sector organizations.
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps for large organizations.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of AI, machine learning, data security & privacy, advanced data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
