The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in technology and leadership skills, with experience managing large-scale projects.

  • Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • AI/ML Innovation: Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from conceptualization to deployment, collaborating with data science and engineering teams to build scalable models and platforms.
  • Business Partnership: Engage with C-level stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities, driving significant business value.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor diverse teams including developers, leads, managers, and change agents.

Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 15+ years of experience in IT/digital roles, proven track record in delivering AI/ML transformation projects, strong foundation in Java and application development.
