Driving digital transformation requires strategic leaders who can oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

We seek experienced professionals to manage customer projects, identifying opportunities for recurring services and fostering long-term partnerships.

As a key member of the Sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer's transformation roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to scope and estimate project efforts accurately, managing scope deviations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with techno-functional leads to support requirements gathering, design, implementation, and solution delivery using the Kissflow platform.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing customer projects, including project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong relationships with customer leadership, identifying strategic use cases and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Able to facilitate seamless integration between technical and functional aspects of projects.
