Job Title: HR Transformation Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HR and SAP SF implementation projects, with a strong focus on functional expertise and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling areas of transformation within the organization, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an integrator for SAP HR and SAP SF
  • Change Request & providing support to existing productive functionalities
  • Analysing symptoms, defining problems, and providing solutions
  • Effective problem management & consulting skills
  • Delivering solutions according to SLAs
  • Complete documentation (e.g. functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals, training materials)
  • Conducting end-user trainings
  • Coordinating with other consultants across modules and with global teams
  • Supporting testing for global projects

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certification in SAP SF is a must
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a SAP SF consultant in full-life cycle implementations
  • Experience in inbound and outbound interfaces
  • At least 12 years of functional experience in the area of HR
  • ITIL processes
  • Expertise in MS Office
