Senior SAP Implementation Lead

Ozone Pharmaceuticals Limited is embarking on a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA transformation project to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, sales, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation across all relevant modules (MM, PP-PI, QM, SD, FI/CO, EWM/WM).
  • Develop business process maps to align SAP configuration with pharma-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with external SAP implementation partners and internal teams.
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance within the SAP setup.
  • Integrate SAP with laboratory information systems, manufacturing equipment, and reporting tools.
  • Establish user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training programs.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Oversee change management for smooth adoption by all departments.
  • Prepare for go-live and manage post-implementation stabilization and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–15 years of total experience, with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in a manufacturing company (preferably pharma/chemicals/FMCG).
  • Strong functional knowledge of MM (Materials Management), PP-PI (Production Planning – Process Industries), QM (Quality Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), and EWM/WM.
  • In-depth understanding of GMP, Schedule M, and batch traceability requirements.
  • Effective project management skills with ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
