Digital Transformation Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and curious individual to support our organization's digital transformation strategy.

The successful candidate will play a key role in exploring and implementing new technologies, creating digital training materials, and documenting solutions to drive adoption across the organization.

  • Technology Exploration: Research, test, and recommend practical applications for AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools across different departments.
  • Implementation and Roll-outs: Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop engaging digital learning materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Solution Documentation: Document solutions and share knowledge to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • IT Support: Assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • License Management: Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.
  • Critical Skills Development: Collaborate with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.
  • Transformation Projects: Provide input into new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
About You
  • Education: Diploma/degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
  • AI Tools Experience: Experience using AI tools and agents, like ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent.
  • Digital Content Creation: Ability to create engaging digital content using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and Experimentation: Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses regarding what will add value within our organization.
  • Quick Learning: Quick learner with good communication and administrative skills.

This is an entry-level role that requires a high level of English proficiency and the ability to work independently. The right candidate may not have extensive years of experience but will have the drive to research, test, and implement tools and the creativity to help us implement our digital transformation strategy.
