Senior Loan Business Development Manager

Job Summary
NoBroker is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its home loan business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships with key partners.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including loan servicing, BD, marketing, strategy, etc., to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Design and implement incentive/compensation plans to motivate the team and achieve business results.
- Establish clear revenue objectives for the week, month, and year and review performance regularly to proactively detect issues & optimise/ course correct immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7 Years of Experience in Business Development, loan sales, and fin-tech domain.
- Candidate from a premier College Educational Qualification: MBA/Graduation from a premier college.
- Good understanding of marketing funnel metrics & associated data & analytics to measure & optimise performance.
- Experience in building and scaling up a business, prior team management experience, attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills, sales, and marketing leadership skills, ability to work in unstructured and fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment, strong team player and comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
Estimated Salary: ₹20-30 lakhs per annum (dependent on location and experience).
