Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to manage recruitment processes, support frontline hiring teams, and train staff on new policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements and planning hiring processes for agreed profiles, compensation, and timelines.

  • They will ensure effective backend hiring tools and facilitate candidate onboarding during BAU and seasonal peaks.
  • Maintain accurate data capture and reporting from the recruitment perspective.
  • Plan and execute location hiring strategies, adequate staffing, required tools, and recruitment compliance to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain a capable and motivated back-end recruitment team to deliver business goals.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate, streamline, and execute the hiring process to ensure efficient and robust candidate processing.
  • Foster best-in-class candidate experiences as an outcome.
  • Maintain accurate data maintenance and reporting for internal and external audits.
  • Provide hiring analytics and insights to shape recruitment sourcing and delivery strategies.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending procedures, and conducting training.
