Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in driving the recruitment of top talent for our foreign university's campuses in India.

This role will focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
