Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen and exceptional leadership skills to drive talent acquisition strategies, manage a team of recruiters and develop strong relationships with business leaders to meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop effective talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and excellence in service delivery.
  • Business Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Recruitment Process: Own the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, ensuring adherence to cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Special Projects: Drive special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes, reduce costs and enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Masters' degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
