**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Director to spearhead our financial strategy and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pioneer and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
  • Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic business planning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial statements, conduct in-depth analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform key business decisions.
  • Evaluate and optimize finance function operations, ensuring efficient cash flow and expense control processes.
  • IDentify and mitigate key risk elements, monitor legal issues, and establish robust control systems to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Nurture relationships with investors and represent the company effectively with bankers and investors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
