Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our business management activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and leadership stakeholders.
  • Create business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings, including quarterly performance reviews and Board presentations.
  • Support preparation of executive communications and other strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
