
Customer Experience Ambassador

As a key player in our organization, you will be the primary contact point for influencers, brands, and users on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and platform navigation.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
- Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, empathetic approach.
- Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users.
- Knowledge of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
