Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can work independently and possess:

  • Excellent business communications skills in English for phone, chat, and email support
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection, along with a quiet workspace
  • Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., with a willingness to learn new tools

Benefits

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a flexible schedule of 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.
