Job Title: Support Specialist
We are seeking a strong communicator to fill the role of Support Specialist.
This position is ideal for individuals who combine excellent communication skills with a passion for solving IT issues and delivering top-notch user support.
Key Highlights:- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact professionally and clearly with users across all levels.
- IT Support Experience – Exposure to troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
- Log all user service tickets in incident management systems with complete and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
- Own and drive user issues to resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
- Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
