Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a strong communicator to fill the role of Support Specialist.

Key Highlights:

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Log all user service tickets in incident management systems with complete and accurate information.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  4. Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Perform regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
  6. Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
  7. Own and drive user issues to resolution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
