Technical Support Role

Our team is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve customer concerns
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to aid in customer support

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience working with firewall central management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
