Job Description

The System Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of access control and CCTV systems across all offices globally. This includes configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software and hardware related to these systems.

This role involves providing primary contact support for security technology-related issues and outages, as well as collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve system failures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing configuration support for Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to Access Control CCTV systems and other CSI applications
  • Providing remote support to internal clients on system configuration
  • Identifying and analyzing system failures and providing support to on-site techs for break-fix
  • Tracking system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills and knowledge of access control and CCTV systems. Key qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Experience in installation and maintenance of Access Control and CCTV Systems
  • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware (e.g., iStar controller) and their integration
  • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions etc.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Technical trouble shooting and reverse engineering skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to multitask
