About the Role

The key to a seamless reward experience lies in balancing operational delivery with governance, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to lead the operational delivery of reward processes including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.
  • Act as secondary point of escalation for routine queries (initial stage 1 resolution handled by analysts and retail incentive specialists).
  • Oversee and project manage cyclical reward activities (e.g., Total Benefits Statement, Annual Compensation Review) ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with international payroll teams to guarantee benefit processes are accurate and compliant, providing managerial support for UK benefits governance.
  • Mentor and develop reward analysts to enhance team capability and resilience.
  • Drive the execution of ad-hoc reward projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Promote process improvement, automation, and standardisation of reward operations across markets.
  • Maintain strong compliance with regulatory requirements in all reward processes.
