Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Rewards and Performance Strategist to join our Global Talent Management Team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems for performance management, compensation, and employee rewards and recognition.
  • Lead complex projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Shape and execute global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills (and advanced level Excel skills) with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high level of integrity and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global policies and systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
