Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at BOOM HR SOLUTION. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including budgeting, invoicing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and financial reports
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and control expenses
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Responsible for event management, including selecting and negotiating with vendors
- Manage promotions, communications, and branding aspects of events
- Responsible for resolving problems and guest inquiries before and during events
- Approve all activities for events
- Prepare reports and make presentations to management after events
Requirements:
- Any degree
- 1 year of experience in accounting and administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Tamil and English languages
- Work location: Erode
