
Contact Center Routing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Expert Routing Engineer to join our organization. This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of contact center architecture, as well as proficiency in using Genesys PureEngage platform and Rules Authoring Tool (RAT) to create and manage complex routing rules.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective contact center routing strategies that optimize agent utilization, minimize customer wait times, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create and manage complex routing rules using RAT, ensuring they function as intended and are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop creative solutions to complex routing challenges and communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate routing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in Expert Routing, preferably with Genesys PureEngage platform.
- Expertise in using RAT to create and manage complex routing rules.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate routing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Ability to design and implement effective contact center routing strategies that meet SLAs.
- Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
