Key Revenue Insights Analyst Position

This is a highly analytical role that requires an individual to develop and execute revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties using industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in short-term vacation rentals, dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

  • Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and manage revenue strategies across multiple locations, utilizing data-driven insights to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Trend Analysis and Reporting: Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue. Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Market Monitoring and Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Property Audits and Revenue Optimization: Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials, and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
