Revenue Collection Specialist - SAP FICA Expert

The role entails working with the SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) module to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuration and support of SAP FICA processes, including revenue collection and allocation, subscription billing and invoicing, contract accounting, dunning and collections, bulk payments, and payment run execution.
  • Collaboration with RAR teams to ensure seamless integration between FICA, SD, FI, and RAR modules for end-to-end revenue management.
  • Participation in requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Analysis of issues and proposal of solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Creation of functional specifications for enhancements and close collaboration with ABAP teams.
  • Production support and resolution of incidents related to FICA/RAR processes.
  • Documentation of configurations, test cases, and end-user training materials.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR.
  • Excellent knowledge of revenue collection, billing, contract accounting, and bulk payment processing.
  • Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
  • Understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
