Job Opportunity: HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile HR generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and learning and development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, managing offers, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, as well as pulse and new joiners' feedback.
- Managing Internship Processes.
- Employee Engagement: Conceptualizing, planning, and executing engagement programs based on the employee experience (EE) calendar.
- Learning and Development: Conducting HR/talent process sessions, conceptualizing and planning soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area and plan/executing them.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Creating dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and sending reports to management.
Requirements:
- A strong academic record, preferably with an MBA in Human Resources from a reputable college/university.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
