About the Job:

We're seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations, as well as extensive experience with ServiceNow's SOM module. They will be responsible for conducting workshops, interviews and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Creative problem-solving and innovation to improve business operations and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • An excellent understanding of Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations
  • Experience designing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow's SOM module as per Organizations SOM process
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
