ServiceNow IRM/GRC Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
