Job Description

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to contribute to the development and implementation of efficient solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements.
  • Designing, developing, implementing, testing automating and delivering high-quality products.
  • Monitoring day-to-day technical tasks for timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical skills required:

  • Development experience in ServiceNow SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementing demand, project, resource & time management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
