Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing various ServiceNow workflows, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and API integration will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that exceed our client's expectations.

  • Implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows
  • Configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
