About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module and experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.

The successful candidate will also configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows, integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.

In addition, the candidate will support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes, follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform, proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

We are looking for someone with telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.

The successful candidate should be able to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
