Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer lead to oversee the development of our ServiceNow instances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, CMDB design and implementation, and ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer, FSM, and EC Pro, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and implement large-scale ServiceNow instances, utilizing CMDB best practices to optimize data management and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ServiceNow-based workflows and automations.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer, FSM, and EC Pro.
  • Expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
