Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our ServiceNow development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design and best practices is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and excellent scripting skills are necessary.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation and ServiceNow development tools such as Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI is desired.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and effective communication skills are necessary.
