Job Title: Senior Project Manager Civil

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Civil to oversee the management of civil and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 20 engineers and supervisors responsible for the execution of civil, interior, and MEP works.
  • Oversight of stone cladding installation, including wet and dry cladding.
  • Inspect and compare interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, and loose furniture with drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Verify building materials for quality and identify defects to prevent delays.
  • Monitor and report work progress to the Vice President of Engineering.
  • Coordinate with site teams and the PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Prepare snag lists and follow up with contractors for de-snagging to ensure project quality.
  • Ensure all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans.
  • Conduct daily work progress reviews and monitor manpower requirements to maintain efficient project workflow.
  • Issue non-compliance reports and track material availability at the site to mitigate risks.
  • Meet schedule and targets assigned by the Vice President and raise flags on missing targets to facilitate corrective actions.
  • Track planned vs actual progress of each project in terms of schedule, resources, and cost to optimize project performance.
  • Promote a safe working environment by implementing safety practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT.
  • Experience in handling project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and coordination with the PMO.
